Located within the Albufera Natural Park, this newly built modern villa enjoys all the amenities to make you spend a fun and relaxing vacation with your family or friends.
We offer two beautiful houses that together can sleep up to 18 guests. Each house is a mirror image of its neighbour but can be rented independently maintaining its privacy.
This house in particular has a straight access to the pine walk to the beautiful Playa de Muro. It takes just three minutes to get to the beach, at a walking distance.
Each property has three levels with heating and air conditioning throughout.
Each house is accessed via the main road Carrer Necora or by the pine walk through a garden access to a terrace furnished with a comfy sofa and dining table with chairs. The house has a pool.
The basement floor has a nice brand new kitchen with all the utensils you may need, a living room and two bedrooms. The three houses are exactly the same in decoration (as we did them all at the same time) squared meters and size.
On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom equipped with a large double bed and en suite bathroom. It has a glass door which leads first to a covered terrace and then to an open space where you can sightseen the nice views.
The properties are surrounded by pine trees and situated in a quiet family tourism area. In this residential area, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, chemistry, doctor, etc. are at a walking distance.
The bus stop to Palma or any other surrounding village and a taxi stop are just about 150 metres far from our house.
'Playa de Muro' is famous due to the white sand and dunes and the main thing is that it is the best choice for families with children or those who are looking for relax and enjoy nature or water sports.
Activities as cycling, golf, sailing, hiking. are also very popular.
