As soon as you enter the home, you will be welcomed into a bright open-concept space with vaulted ceilings. Kick back and relax on our comfortable sectional sofa, while streaming your favorite movies or shows on a large 75" Samsung smart TV, or challenge your fellow guests to a game at the pool table.
The large updated kitchen features tons of storage space and modern built-in appliances including a large fridge, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all plates, utensils, cookware and serving ware you may need.
Enjoy a warm cup of coffee prepared in the Keurig coffee maker or a smoothie made in our Ninja blender.
Our modern dining table seats 10 guests, but if you prefer to eat outside, we have a full set of outdoor plates and cups available.
All bedrooms feature luxurious mattresses with premium linens, perfect after a long day at the beach!
This home features 4 bedrooms with 2 Master Suites:
1) The spacious Primary Master Bedroom features a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway, a king-sized bed, 65" Samsung TV, dresser, two walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with outdoor access to a backyard retreat.
2) The 2nd Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, 55" Samsung TV, dresser, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.
3) The 4th bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a dresser.
4) The 4th bedroom features a twin-size over a full-size bunk bed with a bottom twin-size trundle. This room can comfortably sleep 4 people. The spacious closet contains built-in closet organizers with plenty of storage space!
All of our bedrooms have comfortable pillows and linens and provide you with the relaxation you need after your long sightseeing and Florida adventures!
While you're here, enjoy your time outdoors! The backyard features a 40 ft. composite dock on a 100 ft. waterfront. Take a dip in the heated pool, relax on a lounger while sipping some wine and watching the sunset or enjoy a meal cooked on the grill in our outdoor dining space.
Looking to go to the beach instead? Grab a couple of beach chairs and don't forget the beach towels!
In the laundry room you will find the washer and dryer, as well as a closet with beach towels and other items.
WiFi is available at an Internet speed of 800 Mbps.
All TVs on the property are smart. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming apps using your own accounts, including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you have an Apple device such as an iPhone or an iPad you will be able to use Apple AirPlay to stream directly from your device to the TV.
High chair and pack 'n play are available upon request.
There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
