Summary: Convenient location in heart of Santa Teresa. Quick beach access approximately 1/2 mile away - just a walk down the hill, across the main road, and a short trail to the beach. The town, at least this time of year was very crowded. Lots of noisy traffic and plenty of dust. Be sure to bring a Buff to cover your mouth and nose while riding four wheelers. Would definitely recommend four wheelers to get from beach to beach and to weave through traffic jams. The home itself is as advertised. In fact, I would say that it is larger then the pictures represent. The housekeeping/laundry service is wonderful and the concierge service is also fantastic.
