The saltwater pool is with Dryden DAISY® technology which is a unique pool water treatment system that produces crystal clear and safe water. The water is as clean as drinking water. In July and August the pool is naturally heated by the sun to approximately 30°C. In other months of the year the pool has support heating and will not be below 25°C. The pool has build in counter current jets which allow you to swim on the spot without ever reaching the end of the pool or needing to turn around, just like an aquatic treadmill. The counter current devices are fun and healthy for both children and adults bringing the pool to life, with exciting waves and dancing bubbles to soothe and massage your body. The perfect anti-stress therapy! La Cabarola has numerous large south facing terraces and you will always be able to find both sun and shade. The natural breeze from the Mediterranean Sea makes it a pleasure to lounge by the pool, even in midsummer. In the evenings you will look forward to the unforgettable sunset from your terraces. You can easily walk from La Cabarola to Cala Banyalbufar and to the small hide-away beach Sa Galera which also has crystal clear water and is only visited by very few people. Most often you will have the beach to yourselves. The picturesque village of Banyalbufar, with local cafés, excellent restaurants and a tiny supermarket is approximately 2 km away. La Cabarola is overlooking the entire village of Banyalbulfar and you can easily see the efforts of years of hard work on the slopes surrounding the houses and farms. Virtually every square metre of hillside has been converted in a flat fertile terraces creating fields for almond trees, orange trees, olives trees and Malvasia vine. It was the large vineyard which the village became well known for and also today the Malvasia vine grows on the most of the terraced fields for the production of the local wine Malvasia de Banyalbufar.
