A corridor from the living room will take you to the large master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, which can be a perfect option for families with small children. Also, from the living room you have access to a complete bathroom with shower, crossing which you will get to a double bedroom with 2 single beds. From each room in the main house, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea.
The guest house is accessed through a small typical Mallorcan patio. This house has the following distribution: upon entering you reach the first bedroom with a sofa bed, from here you access a hall with a large closet and access to another bedroom with its double bed and the complete bathroom with a bathtub.
Villa Son Vives is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay with your family and friends: air conditioning in the bedrooms of the main house and ceiling fans in the guest house, heating, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware), sheets and towels (bath and pool), and much more.
The highlight of this impressive property is its exterior with extensive gardens with typical Mediterranean trees and shrubs, lawns, and vineyards. In the pool area, there are 8 hammocks, a large pergola with a dining table for 8 people, a BBQ, and a small gazebo with a wrought iron table and two chairs where you can have your breakfast or a glass of wine with your partner. From every corner of the exterior, you will enjoy unbeatable views of the sea from a bird's eye view that will not fail to impress you throughout your stay.
Banyalbufar is a charming little town with a lovely historic center with cafes, bars, restaurants, greengrocers, and various shops mainly offering local products. In particular, it is worth visiting one of its local wineries. You can also appreciate a beautiful waterfall and a historic tower called Torre de Ses Ànimes, which was built as protection against pirate attacks in the 16th century.

*We ask that you do not exceed 75l per day per person (one-two showers per person of 5-10 minutes which will not affect your stay). Once or twice a week a water truck will come to refill the reserve cistern. We kindly ask you to leave your vehicles as far as possible to the back of the car park so that the truck can park.
