Beautiful duplex completely renovated in 2018, very spacious and bright, with private jacuzzi on the terrace, shared pool in a very quiet residential area of 24 homes, where you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Equipment: First floor: 2 bedrooms, the main one with a King bed and the secondary one with double beds, both equipped with high quality mattresses and sheets, with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a large shower. Ground floor: A spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, there will be nothing to miss! From this floor you access the garden, equipped with barbecue, a beautiful outdoor dining room with chill out area, and a nice shower with comfortable sun beds. General: air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, satellite TV with many channels from several countries, Netflix and HBO App, Internet (wifi) and hair dryer. Only 4 minutes by car from the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras, which are also some of the best beaches on the island.
