The house and grounds are North facing, taking full advantage of glorious, direct, all-day sun.
Casamigos is situated on the foot of Lions Head, only 50 meters from the nearest mountain path and only a 1h30 hike to the top of the reserve from the front door. The 14m x 5m sun-drenched swimming pool is located on a breathtakingly lush lawn terrace where mini pavilions are spread across the grounds; whether lounging through the blazing hot Summer afternoons or entertaining through the glorious, balmy evenings, taking in the jaw dropping views is an experience unto itself. The house features a flawless Gaggenau chefs kitchen & separate scullery, ideal for the entertainer or a personal chef, as well as a fully immersive sound system in the tv/home cinema on the second floor. Hi-tech security with biometric & remote access capability and an extensive, powerful wifi network is supported throughout the property.
Additionally, the house boasts 2 x 12kv inverters with 20kw battery storage for complete energy support in the case of Load Shedding, full time house hold staff of Housekeeper and Butler, full laundry services are available at an additional charge as well as concierge and drivers on request. For the more independent guest, there is a 2 car garage, outside parking for up to 4 cars and ample additional parking very close by.
