The home is located off Northgate Blvd, just down the street from the North Gate entrance to the Air Force Academy. This smoke-free home was built in 2011 and has 6,600 square feet of living space. This home will sleep 10 but has plenty of space for additional beds if required. This custom home offers magnificent views of the front-range and was designed with Colorado outdoor living in mind. The home has a cozy front courtyard, a private patio off the master bedroom, a covered patio accessible from the dining room, great room and master bedroom as well as a walkout courtyard from the spacious rec room. A wall of windows in the great room welcomes the outside in. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the walk out lower level of this ranch home. The master bedroom and bathroom as well as 2 half baths are located on the main level. This home has high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. The great room in the basement has a 50” TV with DishTV and a pool table. The main level has a great room, formal dining room, large kitchen with island/bar and a piano room. There is a large, covered outdoor patio with grill, plenty of outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the golf course and front-range. Each level is equipped with a full size washer and dryer so laundry does not need to hauled up and down stairs. There are also fireplaces on each level. Flying Horse lies on the northern edge of colorful, Colorado Springs and is only a 50 minute drive from Denver, CO.
