Villa has two master bedrooms with bathroom and whirlpool bath each! Also bedrooms has balconies with outstanding sea view of the Aegean Sea!
There is a lounge area with full equipment kitchen! Front doors of the lounge area goes to the private pool area and garden with colorful flowers and grass!
Pool has amazing sea view at kolios bay, is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, umbrellas and sun beds, also there is a dining table beside on the grass of the garden!!!
There is also a BBQ area beside the pool and the garden!!!
Villa has private parking area and a peaceful neighborhood!

Summary: We stayed in the Contempory Style Villa for two weeks. The villa provides good sized versatile accommodation is modern, maintained to excellent standards and enjoys superb views over Kolios and the Mediterranean beyond. The pool and decking is a feature of the property. However the most impressive part of the holiday was the personal friendly attention Alex provided throughout our stay from meeting us at the airport, escorting us back to the airport at the end of our stay to sorting taxis for us when required and generally ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are several tavernas and restaurants within walking distance but to make the most of this beautiful island we would recommend hiring a vehicle and this something Alex can help to arrange. We will be returning one day to enjoy this great villa and hospitality again. Mark and Rhonda
