NO FEE saltwater pool heating! Pool cooling also offered in summertime.
Take a year-round swim in the heated/cooled pool, watch TV on 2 82" QLED TVs, feast in the well-equipped kitchen, eat indoor or out, work from 2 dedicated workspaces, or relax in a hammock while the family plays in the expansive, newly turfed private backyard.
2 zone air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home (each bedroom, interior AND exterior common areas) are available to keep cool throughout the warmer months. Windows are covered with 1 way privacy film or screens for added privacy and temperature deflection.
Home refreshed for 2022. New furniture/appliances/amenities throughout home. Brand new medium firm high quality foam mattresses and dressers in each bedroom. Sofa seating areas are all new.
Kitchen: New bone china dinnerware, forged 18/0 stainless flatware, new kitchenware. Home has everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Coffee station available for both standard complimentary Italian drip coffee and espresso/latte (Nespresso machine).
