Positive: Gorgeous property inside Tulúm country club with many amenities. Used the gym twice and the pool and booked a massage at the spa.
Negative: Late check in. Tried to book an hour early and ended up not being able to check in until 6 pm because room was still being cleaned. Ned’s and pillows were amazing!
