The secure parking area can accommodate up to 3 cars and is surrounded by a perimeter wall and electric fence. Perimeter cameras are installed at the entrance and garage for client security and privacy. The house is equipped with an alarm system and sensors, including environmentally friendly sensors to control the air conditioning.
