Positive: The owners were having a pool built at Miniapartemento el Guanacaste, so we took up their offer of staying at their other property, Casa Brisa Marina (also on booking.com), to which these comments relate. Diego had very good English and was exceptionally helpful. I had very good WhatsApp communication with him and he made useful suggestions about things to do. The property was in a good location for exploring the coast - we particularly liked Playa Conchal, Playa Junquillal and the boardwalk to Playa Avellanas. Casa Brisa Marina has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plentiful supply of hot water for showers. Well equipped kitchen - particularly liked the 2 ring induction hob. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working while we were there. Good outdoor seating. Bed was comfortable. Lots of electrical sockets.
Negative: There was nowhere to hang clothes - a clothes railward or wardrobe would be useful. There wasn't much storage space - just a shelf in each bedroom. A bedside table or cupboard etc would be a useful addition. A washing line, or clothes airer would be another useful addition.
