A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves.
We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.
Bedrooms and rooms:
Ground floor: The house welcomes you in a spacious lobby with access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is the 1st bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. In this room there are 2 elegant bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
First floor: It offers a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement. Second bedroom: 1 double bed also with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement, bathroom with a shower.
Attic: The generous space offers not only a beautiful view of the surroundings, but also billiards, table football, TV, toys ... it's simply the perfect playroom for children and adults. If children do not want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total).
Garden: The garden features a heated swimming pool with an area of 8 x 4 m, a fireplace and a picnic table. Above the garden, there is a small private wood. The whole area is fenced - dogs can run freely.
Heating: Heat pump and fireplace, underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathroom.
The whole property, the garden (fenced) and the parking (gated) included, are accessible only to guests.

The house is located in a dominant position of the village and guarantees absolute privacy. The estate is bordered by a private grove and greenery. It is also located a few steps from the woods and from the beginning of the paths that lead to the top of Mount Sedlo (Geltschberg).
Private parking for up to 4 cars. Just 100 meters away from the woods and our pounds. The village is surrounded by our vineyards.

1. An easy walk to Jelče takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long and leads through beautiful pastures.
2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. It takes a little over an hour to get there.
3. The hike to the top of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes approximately 2 hours. From the majestic peak, you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance.
4. Trip to the beauty of the city of Úštěk, the magical lake Chmelař with a sandy beach, the mysterious Helfenburg castle, a visit to Calvary near the village of Ostré.
5. Open-air museum Zubrnice through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery.
