The buzzing restaurant district with its famous Ani's breakfast and lunch ( Best Bowls in Costa Rica ) is located directly in front of the house and many other ones are less than two minute walk including Somos night club and restaurant.
The beach will blow your mind with the most unforgettable and stunning sunsets everyday.
If you are surfers *La Lora surfpoint* is one of the international spots for competitions.The villa wich includes a beautiful In-Law is perfect for families, groups of friends who likes the action or with active people that will enjoy the Best Surf Break in Santa Teresa. Completely gated and secure, our modern villa has some of the most exceptional amenities like a fully equipped Chef Kitchen with Bar and TV, Gas stove, Expresso coffee machine, juicer, filered water and outdoor BBQ not to mention the two cozy double hammocks on each side of the house.
The large deep pool is surrounded by lush jungle Gardens and 2 outside showers. Surf and swimming lessons for the family are available. We also offer full concierge services including home chef and daily cleaning on demand. Each bedroom offers a King size bed and pillows, AC and ceiling fans with private bathrooms and state of the arts open sky shower ceilings and a separate fully equipped In-Law with a full kitchen.
The house can sleep up to 10 very comfortably ( Ask us the details on sleeping arrangements). Excellent and powerful Fiber Optic internet is included in each area of the house and welcomes anyone who likes to work from home and also includes two smart tvs for your enjoyment.
Open, airy and light-filled living area with cathedral ceilings, the villa offers the luxury of complete privacy and also offers a secure gated entrance with a very large paved driveway where you can keep multiple cars and ATVS. NO HILLS! Just grab your surf boards and walk strait to La Lora Santa Teresa Beach.
Luxury hotel-style concierge & activities services are provided by Rocio and Andreas who can also provide rentals/transport, tours, inland flights, various sport activities and arrange child care at home. Private in house massage and yoga sessions are also available but for a retreat feel, head out in front for the famous Zeinesdas yoga deck that offers all types or healing and meditation circles.
Within walking distance to everything you’ll need including groceries, surf shop, yoga, bars and restaurants and even a cool jungle gym at a mere 4 min walk from the house.

Summary: We wanted a location close to the beach, restaurants and shops and this place did not disappoint. Perfect for us with three girls in their early twenties. We loved Anis and Chez Coco for breakfast, Muchacha and Somos, Katana and Manzu for dinner…. All within walking distance. The beach is just a block away also. The concierge was great with bookings for us and recommendations.We rented an UTV to get around to Montezuma, Curu and Malala’s for excursions. There plenty of parking for two of those.The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the home is not making it hot during the day. There plenty of fans to help but without being higher up you just don’t get the breeze from the beach. The salt pool is older and the skimmer wasn’t working so we had to clean it frequently, but the pool area is really pretty with all the flowers around it. We had an ongoing issue with the fridge / freezer which the concierge was really good at getting maintenance out, unfortunately it really didn’t resolve before we left. Definitely great location and very cool home. Would consider again if we make it back to Santa Teresa.RegardsLiean
