Located just minutes from several of St. Maarten’s most popular beaches and beach bar hangouts, a great day is always guaranteed. Enjoy all of the best night life the Dutch side has to offer right at your doorstep. Whether it’s fine dining in Maho or the popular night clubs, all are nearby and ready to cater to your every whim. If French gastronomy is more your style then take a short drive to Grand Case, considered the gourmet capital of the Caribbean. The island also offers activities to please any enthusiast. Enjoy scuba diving, golf, watersports, zip line adventure, hiking, guided tours or better yet, take advantage of the stunning 360º views from the magical roof top terrace with private infinity pool.
Every evening you can admire the most beautiful sunsets of the Caribbean from one of the most impressive vantage points on the island. The living room’s oversized sliding patio doors disappear to give access to a very spacious terrace where you will find the 8 person outdoor dining area equipped with a Weber Genesis gas grill. It is also a great place to relax on one of the loungers while reading a book or just meditating to the hypnotic sound of the crashing waves. The terrace’s envious location just above the sea gives you the impression of being on the deck of your own private yacht.
There are also 3 bedrooms on the main level, all with their own on-suite bathrooms, king size beds and flat screen TV’s. The master is located off the main terrace which provides a stunning ocean front experience. The king size bed faces directly to the sea with an unobstructed view thanks to the exterior glass railings. At night you can replace the ocean view with some entertainment by letting the TV drop down from the ceiling.
