This street-level studio is conveniently located 5 minute walk from all Little Italy has to offer. It's the premiere Location for all things Downtown San Diego with close proximity to the airport, Balboa Park, Petco Park, Waterfront Park, restuarants, shop, 10 minutes to the beach, etc... you're at the center of it all.
This studio has been completely transformed into the mid-term rental of your dreams. The floor plan lives much bigger with separated bedroom, dining, living room, and flex space for an office, yoga, meditation, etc. Not to mention, experience the highest quality during your stay with luxury bedding and linens, elevated dining and kitchenware, and all of your essentials covered. All you need is your suit case and personal items!
The bedroom includes a queen bed and curtains for privacy and room darkening, as well as a white noice machine plus complimentary ear plugs so you can control how much you hear the liveliness of the city. Remember, you will be staying in Downtown San Diego so some exterior noise is expected!
There is a huge shelving unit by the front door where you can fold and organize your clothes and set shoes aside. This is also a great place to store your keys and other personal items. Behind the TV you will also find a hidden swing out closet door where you hang more items.
Your living room includes a stunning leather couch and smart TV with access to Netflix. Feel free to log into any of your services during your stay! Swing out the TV to find the hidden closet storage.
