Zolna Yachts presents "Suite Paradise Houseboat" This San Diego Bay Houseboat is located in the same marina as our yachts, nestled in an inside tie where she is docked, and kept permanently stationary. There is only the subtlest of movement when guests move onto or off the boat. To get there, take a short walk down the marina ramp to the dock. You will enter into the single level houseboat through sliding glass doors. What you’ll most likely notice first are the unusual windows that surround the entire room and all the natural light flooding in. To the left of the entry is the beautiful brand new open full sized kitchen with bar type seating around a white Krion countertop and contemporary storage. You can’t help but enjoy the fun & contemporary but still nautical feel, of the home. The living room features a comfy and high quality queen sofa bed, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, satellite connection and stereo system with bluetooth connectivity. Off the living room and out the second set of sliding glass doors is the patio, or outdoor deck. This is where most of our guests will spend the majority of their time. The deck sits just above the water line where you can relax and watch the sunset, the other marina boats float to and fro and of course, the duckies! Our San Diego Bay Houseboat has a lovely master suite with a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, closet, and a bathroom with separate, private, rounded shower. There is another full bathroom as well, for guests, with it’s own private shower. Each bathroom has a contemporary vanity with gorgeous watery green glass counter tops, mirrors and storage. We provide luxury Charter Club linens and crisp, clean white bedding. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and utensils, and a supply of coffee, creamer and sugar. If you desire to get away from doing the “same old thing” and be somewhere truly unique, this is the place for you. All of our guests are welcome to use the marina pool, laundry facility and free parking for 1 car. As an added bonus, we have a special pass for you to use the neighboring Sheraton’s 5 star facilities including their spa, swimming pools, and fitness center.
