On the ground floor: a well-equipped open kitchen, a living room with open fireplace, vinyl turntable and Bluetooth speaker, 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), games room, a bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), 1 "dormitory" bedroom (6 90 cm beds), shower room with toilet. Above the games room, TV lounge (DVDs available) with sofa bed (140 cm).
Outside: Terrace. You can have your meals while looking at the pond, protected by the electric awning. A gas BBQ is at your disposal. Private heated swimming pool with low shelter, sun loungers.
All-inclusive rate: sheets, towels (except pool towels), heating, wood, end-of-stay cleaning. Non-smoking accommodation. Wifi. Come and spend an unforgettable holiday at Domaine de la Rotière, a 60 ha pleasure property including the Lodges de la Sapinière, de l'Etang and du Cervolet, located 8 km from Cheverny and 20 km from Chambord. Surrounded by woods, 4 ponds with a total surface area of 10 ha are exclusively reserved for tenants of the 3 gîtes for excellent fishing, subject to availability. You can enjoy the private heated swimming pool with its low, secure shelter allowing swimming from May to September in (almost) all weathers and the many activities offered on site: tennis (to be shared with the lodge de l'Etang), table tennis, pétanque, Mölkky, billiards, board games, hiking along the forest paths... A week will not be enough to enjoy all the activities of the lodge and discover the region.
