The house is 08 suites, all with split air conditioning, swimming pool with 50 m² - whirlpool and led lighting, gourmet balcony with built-in barbecue, and comfortably seats 25 people. Is in MARAZUL condo. CONDO FRONT OF THE SEA. Being the best beach guarajuba. The condo has tennis court, volleyball, soccer field and a sports field, playground and 24 hour security. The house is new. Having included one piscineiro daily cleans the pool and being of interest to indicate one diarist / cook. The house consists of 08 rooms all suites with split air conditioning. Suite 1 lower floor: double bed box + single bed - being designed for wheelchair / handicapped or elderly couple; suite 2 downstairs: double bed box + two single beds - being designed for wheelchair / handicapped or elderly couple; Suite 3 lower floor: double bed box + double bed box; 4th floor lower suite: double bed box; suite 5 upstairs: double bed box + ceiling fan, split; suite 6 upstairs: double bed box + single bed box + ceiling fan, split; suite 7: double bed box + single bed. suite 8: double bed box + double bed box. All rooms with curtain and cuts light. In the intimate upper floor there is a sofa bed that doubles as a double. There is the balcony gourmet catches for three networks. Barbecue on the balcony gourmet being designed to integrate with the pool. On the side of the house, we have a wooden deck with hammock, which stands as an extension of 2 of the lower bedrooms. The house sits on a plot of 550 m2 and the side we have another batch of 550sqm all lawn and with a piece of white sand that serves children's play, the two lots are integrated. The condo has 24 hour security system and the house is located 30 m from the concierge. The house is very well maintained, having maintenance at least twice a year. All quality finishes to example: black granite kitchen countertops and special white marble bathroom, deca faucet, sanitary ware of the deca, landscaping, garden lighting, all floors of the house are porcelain / eliane, barbecue, 08 appliances air conditioning 12. 000 btus, split type. 03 ceiling fans, everything that has been described is very well maintained and some new + 5 burner built-in stove, two frost free fridges, frezer and all kitchen utensils.

Summary: This large house is incredible both in terms of location and features. A 40 minute car ride from Salvador airport, the house is conveniently located by the beach (5 min walk), park (with kids playground, basketball and tennis courts - 1 min walk), convenience stores (5 mins walk) and bigger shopping venues (20 mins walk). We didn’t have a car and were able to get everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous with clean, airy and bright rooms, each with its own AC and en-suite, well-appointed furniture and an amazing veranda where we ate all our meals, bbq’ed, played cards and lounged when the sun was hot or it rained. There was a also nice spacious yard and swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Everyday someone came by to look after the pool. The setting is very peaceful and the beach is really incredible with reefs you can walk on during low tide, decent-sized waves at high tide with the occasional sea turtle spotting. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, helping us book the services of a maid and cook, as well as rent linen for our stay. Our family reunion was made extra special at this house and I’d recommend staying here to anyone looking for a spacious, tranquil, tastefully furnished house.
