Positive: We have been travelling for over 40 years around the world and this place is a top favourite of ours. Not only that the house is perfectly equipped, the view is stunning and it is the cleanest private rental homes we ever encountered, Andy & Ivette are very kind, helpful and generous hosts, also their co-host Deborah. The house is better in reality than the photos show. Very helpful is a filled fridge with drinks, bread, fruit, eggs, jam, butter etc. for the first one or two days. Even a bottle of sparkling wine was provided to celebrate a special occasion or just the beautiful view over Ko Lanta. If possible we would give a 12, bur unfortunately we are restricted to 10.
Negative: The house tempts you to stay on place and not to explore the island. One reason is that the place and the house are really exceptional, The other: the way up, either by car or motorbike might be little bit stressful for unexperienced drivers, at first, but you will be accustumed to it. The area is extremely quiet, You are in top of a hill, in the countryside surrounded by jungle, so expect some noise from cats, dogs, roosters, monkeys and other unidnentified fellow creatures.
