This house was built to entertain, with an efficient and pleasant layout offering plenty of space and comfort, while providing enough privacy to host diverse groups from family to small retreats.
Inside, there are 3 levels including the basement, all newly finished. The main floor has a bedroom with a full bathroom and tub, and powder room as well as an office, living room with tv and coy couches, full kitchen, dining room, laundry and access to the pool and garage. The upstairs has a balcony and 2 bedrooms as well as a full bathroom.
The basement has a full kitchen, a large games/dining table, foosball, living room with tv, 2 full bedrooms and a full washroom.
The outside features a natural stone backyard oasis with in-ground heated pool, hot tub with a granite bar, full BBQ kitchen, beach chairs and loungers.
