This luxury front line golf villa is located on the exclusive El Valle Golf resort next to the first tee and just 2 minutes walk across the road from the clubhouse and all amenities. The villa has five luxuriously furnished bedrooms consisting of two master bedrooms both with super king size beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen and en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 1 also has a walk in wardrobe. Bedrooms 3&4 can be configured as king size beds or as twin rooms. Bedroom 5 sleeps two singles in a bunk bed and benefits from a large en-suite bathroom. 2 more guests can be accommodated on fold away beds to sleep a total of 12 guests.
With 5 bathrooms you will never be queuing to use the facilities, all bathrooms are finished to an extremely high standard with towel warmers, power showers, constant on demand hot water and plenty of soft fluffy towels.
The villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, large dining table indoors to seat 10 guests, al fresco dining is available on the covered terrace overlooking El Valle golf course with seating for 12.
The villa is just a 2 minute walk to the first tee, clubhouse, supermarket and all resort facilities, tennis courts, gym, and several children's play areas.
A large living room with 55inch Samsung smart UHD LED TV, UK TV, BBC, ITV CH4 etc, video library, Apple TV, Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, 60Mbps broadband internet & WIFI. Luxuriously furnished with large comfortable leather sofas.
Spacious fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, large american fridge freezer. Welcome packs can be made available at an additional charge.
Very spacious South west facing outdoor terrace with private heated pool, loungers, seating areas, BBQ area and outdoor dining table to seat 12 guests. Enjoy the sun all day and the sunset in the evening. Pool towels are also provided free of charge. Additional Euro 300 for pool heating to cover electric usage.
