This 1st line Villa is located opposite the 13th Green with stunning views of the Golf course and Mountains. We also have a villa next door perfect for family or friends that want to holiday together but want there own space, each has there own private pool!

All the Villas are home from home living with Air/Con and Central heating throughout.
Our Villas have free WiFi and the latest SKY TV System which includes the latest films and all the Sky Sports channels as well as many other entertainment programmes.
As you approach the villa you will find parking either on the roadside or on the driveaway , there is enough space to park 2 cars, please be aware the kerb is high. As you enter the villa there is a low step leading to the double front door, there you will find a low step into the villa very usefully if you have limited mobility. As you enter you will find the aircon controls on the wall to the right. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a large L shaped leather sofa with 2 chairs. There is a TV with a tv system that has 14 day catch up, many Children's channels, video club and much more, the system caters for many different languages, there is also a DVD player. The living room has 3 sets of double French doors that lead out onto the pool area with wooden vaulted ceilings! There is a fully equipped kitchen, having a hob/oven, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer plus pots/pans, plates and much more!
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with Kingsize bed and 2 sets of double French doors that open onto the pool area, this bedroom also has wooden vaulted ceilings! There is a Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet. There is a further 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and a further bathroom which has a walk small step into the shower.
The outside has a outside kitchen, brilliant for washing the BBQ equipment! Also a washing machine!
If you're having a golfing break or a family holiday or both this villa has everything for a great stay. To cool you down there's your very own pool, but If the sun gets too hot for you there's a covered outdoor room with comfortable furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ.
The Clubhouse with shopping facilities is a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute walk away. For your safety the resort is gated and has 24hr security.

Summary: Before booking this villa I asked the size of the pool. I was told, in writing, that it was 8m x 4m. It is actually 6.25m x 3.5m. It also has the shallowest shallow end I’ve ever come across, 0.7m. Too shallow to swim over and covering approximately 2 m then sloping to the deep end. This left me with about 3 x 3m to swim in. As a keen swimmer, had I been told this prior to booking I’d have not booked this villa. According to the description on VRBO there is a drive with space to park two cars. What they don’t say, and still don’t say, is probably only suitable for SUV’s as the curb height is approx.190mm. The owners knew we were driving and at no point did they tell us of this. When I complained they said it was caused by tree roots and had ‘only just happened’ most unlikely as tree root heave is a gradual process and in any case if they’re have told us at any time prior to our arrival we’d have come in my car not my husbands as he is very particular about his car and wanted it parked off the road. Another reason we’d have not booked the villa had we known. These two issues have spoilt our holiday. Especially as we had torrential rain and flood water pouring down the road and only just missing the car exhausts by a fraction. Any higher and the car engine would have been wrecked. Also gardeners cutting trees in front and behind car at 7.30am and children playing football, whilst the car should have been on the drive. This made by husband very stressed and unhappy.
