Each suite houses a private living area which is essentially an extra bedroom, furnished with designer pieces, primarily from RH Home, where you can relax and indulge in your own private living quarters away from the rest of your group when you desire. One of the 4 BR's, is considered as the connected room to the Dual Master Suites, so its not a "true" BR in that sense because you do need to pass through one room to get to the other one.
Multiple desk/work areas offer quiet spaces for those needing to stay connected to work. The "living area" of each Master Suite can be set up as additional bedrooms for families with children who want to keep them close, but in a separate room. This makes the house a functional 5BR, rather than a traditional 3BR. We count one of those rooms in the bedroom count because it has a trundle bed with twin over twin dual beds.
The fourth bedroom is equipped with a top of the line queen-sized bed, its own fireplace, and opens up via French doors onto a patio offering stunning views of Hasley Canyon. Each room is a testament to the luxurious comfort and modern conveniences this estate offers.
Property has a crib as well which can be placed into any of the bedrooms.
The open and common area living space is over 2200 sf and features a huge top of the line comfortable sofa surrounding an 75" TV with a surround sound system for an immersive experience watching movies or shows. The open space also features 2 fireplaces and a large dining table for 10. Next to the kitchen is another multi-use table that is a poker table or can be used as an additional dining table for bigger groups or kids.

The estate was previously used as an equestrian estate and is still great for filming and special events, or just exploring the vast grounds. - This is a 10 acre estate and there are cameras in multiple locations in full disclosure. No cameras inside the home.
-Some areas of the property in the equestrian area are used partially for storage currently. Doesn't affect guests stay, as that area is not a primary area of use for guests anyways.
-This is a large estate located in a wildlife area. There are coyotes, birds of prey and occasional snakes seasonally on the grounds. Be mindful.

*Bedroom #3: This is technically the connected living room to Master BR#2 and features french doors opening to the vast backyard and a trundle bed which is two twin beds (twin over twin). This is great for parents that want to keep the kids close but separate, or groups of friends or family who want their own space.
*Bedroom #4: Queen Sized bed with top of the line mattress, fireplace, private patio with views, attached beautiful bath.
Common Area bedding:
Baby Crib- This can be put into any of the bedrooms, please advise ahead of time.
2 Queen sized Air mattresses that can be put in either of the master suite living areas (great for kids), or in the living room. Needs to be requested before.
Guest Access:
The entire property is yours for your enjoyment. The primary areas of use for guests are going to be the house, front and backyards and then the pool area. Equestrian area is there, but not for use without prior approval.

You need a car. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.
