3 Bedroom Villa in Frenaros

Free Transfers from Larnaca Airport between May-October for stays over 10 days.The villa is situated in the village of Frenaros, 35/40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. The beaches of Kapparis are 10 minutes, Protaras are 15 minutes and Agia Napa no more than 20 minutes drive. The villa sleeps 8 people and is fully air conditioned. It has three bedrooms (one has an en-suite) which will sleep 6, then downstairs there is a sofa bed which could sleep a further two guests. The family bathroom is on the first floor with the guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have large balconies, ideal for enjoying the morning sun. There is also a fully equipped luxury kitchen. In the lounge there is a leather sofa, large TV with FULL UK TV Package and DVD player. Outside there is a large patio area for alfresco dining or just sitting in the sun. The villa is situated within easy walk of the center of the village. Please email for a colour brochure on the villa. Included in this package is the use of a free 5 seater car along with 4 bicycles. New for 2015 pool with a Jacuzzi, Free internet and a barbecue. The small village of Frenaros of about 3,500 people (in the district of Famagusta but not in Famagusta Town which is in the North of the island under TRNC control) is situated just out of the tourist areas of the south east corner of Cyprus (that's the Greek bit and in the EU) near to the tourist magnet areas of Protaras and Agia Napa. The advantage of being in a rural village location is you do not have the tourist prices which you get in the tourist areas. The village has 4 bars/restaurants all providing good hospitality, friendly service and good food at a reasonable cost, they also offer internet access too. The village has two banks at the last count all of which can exchange your currency, two good bakeries/cake shops along with a supermarket as well as the normal shops and coffee shops you would expect from a Cypriot Village. Close to the villa there are two small children's play areas with swings and slides etc where young children can play. The villa has a pool being built during the winter of 2014, but the Cypriots will tell you that you do not require a pool as you are surrounded by a large pool called the ''Mediterranean Sea''. For those of you who are of the active nature the area is ideal cycling countryside as it is fairly flat with plenty of farmers tracks to explore. From the balcony you can see parts of the Old Ghost town of Famagusta, which is no mans land, with hotels and houses left as they were in 1974 when the invasion of the Turkish Army took control of the North of the island. Over recent years we have been planting the garden, colourful bushes and shrubs along with fruit trees which will hopefully bear fruit soon.
