Two bedroom ground floor apartment with very large communal pool and children's pool. Located in the peaceful village of Liopetri yet only 10 minutes from Ayia Napa.
Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful holiday.
Washing machine,dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster, water cooler, television, DVD player, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, towels and bed linen.
The two bedrooms have one double and two single beds and sleeps up to four people. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet.
Outside there is a large patio area with table, chairs, umbrella and sun beds.
The large pool area and children's pool has plenty of free sunbeds. There is also a cafe/bar on site.
The property is 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches and 15 minutes from the towns of Ayia Napa, Paralimni and Protaras. Plus, there is an award winning waterpark less than 10 minutes away.
Liopetri is a quiet typical Cypriot village, full of charm but with all the amenities required for your shopping. A car is recommended and may be available to hire from our manager who lives on site at very reasonable rates (this includes pick up and drop off at Larnaca airport) please ask for details when booking.
The property is cleaned free of charge before and after your stay electricity is charged at £15 a week which will be deducted from the damage deposit

Summary: We stayed here for 2weeks in July and can highly recommend this apartment. All the neighbours were really friendly as they passed by walking their dogs. It is in Liopetri, which is convenient and easy to get to all local resorts . The apartment has all you could need, definitely home from home, with cooker, washer and dishwasher. There was even a water cooler. A beautiful large verandah, with table and chairs plus 4 recliners, which we used a lot. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms, which was excellent. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, a nice touch was the welcome pack of tea, coffee and milks. We took advantage of the car hire which is excellent value. Even do meet and greet at airport. Thank you John, enjoyed our chats in the car! Gary the manager was very friendly and approachable, nothing was a bother. Had a lovely holiday, hope to visit again soon. Thank you Rosamond.
