Cottage Jean Martin is a house renovated in 2011 in Cape Dutch style on a lake and nature reserve and has a large terrace surrounded by a garden and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings in peace.

The house is ideal for families, couples and friends who want to combine a beach holiday with lots of privacy in nature with a visit to Cape Town and the wine route. This is also an ideal location for hibernators. The three bedrooms have the best quality box spring beds that offer you a great night's rest in the silence of the night. The rear bedroom with two beds has a passage through the front bedroom and is usually used by parents who sleep in the front bedroom with their children sleeping in the rear bedroom. There is also a master bedroom with a queen bed.
The two bathrooms in Italian style have a walk-in shower, a toilet with double sinks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bath in the bathroom.
There are two sitting rooms, a TV room with stereo, dock station and DVD player, and a 'braai room'. The spacious seating area there gives a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the large indoor fireplace with dining table for 6 people guarantees atmospheric evenings by the fire.
