Newly renovated 4 bedroom stylish luxury home with ample parking, located in Oldbury, 4 miles from the centre of Birmingham. The house is located on a cul de sac, next to an open field good for morning walks.
We are centrally located to all attractions in Birmingham and just 40 minutes drive away from Drayton Manor Zoo and Theme Park and West Midlands Safari park.
The space
The property consists of:
Light and airy front living room,
A games room with a multi games table for pool, air hockey and table tennis with 65inch smart TV,
Large open plan living and dining space with modern kitchen fitted with dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven and washing machine. The living space has a 77 inch TV. The open plan living area has large bi-fold doors which open out to a beautiful patio area with dining table and 7 seater hot tub.
There is also a utility room and a cloakroom with a Japanese smart toilet.
Upstairs and 4 bedrooms, two with kingsize beds and two with double beds. The master has an en-suite and the family bathroom has a jet jacuzzi bath with lights.
The property has a camera on the ring doorbell at the front and a ring floodlight in the garden. This is for security purposes only.

You will have access to the whole house and garden.
Other things to note
This is not a party house, it has been extensively and expensively renovated and we cannot risk it being destroyed. Air bnb do not support nor insure for parties either. No additional day guests, strictly maximum 8 guests. The hosts live next door and will know, plus there are cameras. Anyone not adhering to the house rules will be asked to leave.
We have a Tesco express 2 minutes walk from the house.
