This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards with new flooring, new kitchen and stainless steel appliances. This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features a covered patio with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool bath tub, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area as well as a large balcony overlooking the beach. The two other bedrooms feature a queen and 2 double beds that share a bathroom.
The villa also enjoys simple luxuries such as central air conditioning, high speed internet access. Other amenities include an Infinity Pool, Fitness Centre, Tennis Courts and two other beaches adjacent to the villa for you and the family to explore. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for guests to use. There is also a club house featuring a waterfront bar and restaurant, infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa and marina.

Summary: This place is truly fantastic, and the location is perfect—so much so that I mentioned it three times! I did notice that the photos are about a decade old, and the property shows signs of having been a rental for some time, so you can expect some wear and tear on items like the barbecue and kitchen appliances. Despite this, I would gladly return and recommend it to a friend. The only drawback for us was the hospitality; the host wasn’t particularly helpful during check-in or in making our stay more enjoyable. However, we managed to figure things out. For instance, we didn’t receive an exact location, but we pieced it together from the pictures, which was a bit unsettling during our arrival from the airport. We got in on a Sunday at 4:30 PM, and there were no grocery stores open at that time. We were informed that reservations were needed at the Rusty Anchor, which made it challenging to find dinner for the family that evening, as many restaurants were full. A more attentive host could have alleviated some of these issues. Additionally, we were told we couldn’t dock a boat overnight, but we discovered that we actually could. There was also some confusion about the availability of amenities like pools, volleyball, and tennis, but we managed to sort it out.Overall, this place is wonderful! I would definitely return, and I believe the experience would be even better on a second visit now that we know more about the area.
