Sorrento is a luxury 6 bedroom, 5.1 bathroom Mediterranean style home located in the heart of the Captiva Village on Andy Rosse Lane. This elegant home offers 3 living levels, a separate in-law suite and a private courtyard pool/spa. Enjoy the luxury of a master bedroom with king bed is located on the top floor that comes with a private deck and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Also, on the top floor will be an additional bedroom that offers 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom. On the main level are two bedrooms which both offer queen beds and have en-suite baths with either tub/shower combination or a walk-in shower. This floor also offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, dining room, and spacious living room. You will also find a powder room and laundry room on this level. The mother-in-law guest cottage (detached from house) off the main level offers a queen bed with an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower as well as deck with a mini outdoor kitchen and nice BBQ grill area. Bottom level of the house offers the 6th and final bedroom, offers a king bed, however, there is no bathroom with this bedroom. Also comes with a decorative fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen TVs, DVD, free wi-fi, gas BBQ Grill, plantation shutters, indoor/outdoor dining, elevator and garage.
