This Executive property provide the highest standards for your comfort. This Large plot benefits with mature Florida pine trees and give added beauty. The Villa is 15 minutes to Disney via I-4 and extremely handy for all the areas attractions. Just situated just 3 mile from Interstate-4 and 3 miles from the action packed US192.

The Villa is close to a convenient shopping plaza with supermarket, Restaurants, pizza delivery and other essential services and attractions.
Fully Air-conditioned accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are Masters. Both Master bedrooms are fitted with Queen size double bed and benefits from their own cable TV, telephone, radio and with en-suite bathroom with large walk-in-closet and step in shower.
The two twin bedrooms share the third linked bathroom with bath tub and over the bath shower.
There is a large family room complete with queen sleeper sofa, 50 Inch HD cable TV, DVD, CD and Stereo, overlooking the oversized screened heated Private POOL. The large covered patio area is fitted with evening time lights and Fan and underwater lighting and equipped with ample luxury padded patio furniture and a BBQ Grill for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks.
Nothing has been forgotten in this very spacious villa with the luxury surrounding. The luxury fully fitted kitchen features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker plus all utensils and crockery for up to ten guests. The double garage also include washer and dryer and is also converted into A Luxury Games room with Air conditioning.
A baby playcot, highchair and a buggy is also provided free of charge.
The house is fitted with an alarm system and a safe for the extra security while you spend your time outside the house.

Summary: This is the second time staying at this property and it was as pleasant as the first. The property seems to have undergone some modernization which really benefited the stay. The pool was great at the end of a busy day and the kids loved it. Building in the area has brought more essentials to the neighborhood as well. I’ve no doubt I’ll look for it again.
