The natural wood textures you'll find throughout the home brings beach boho vibes that warm and soften the cool modern farmhouse bones. Located in the elite private gated community of Desoto Landing, the community pool, tennis court, and boardwalk to the beach are just a short walk away. You will love hanging out underneath this 2021 luxury built home, lounging under the mood-setting string lights, with a bar and flatscreen TV within reach. Inside the home you'll find the cozy feel of the common areas extending to the four bedrooms and three baths. Dreamy outdoor dining and lounging space on the covered patio with gorgeous scenic views. Additional details include enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, hammock, papasan swing, beach cart, beach chairs & toys, 8 Smart TVs, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, a fully stocked luxury kitchen with dual ovens, over height ceilings, 8' doors and so much more will make you feel at home and you will never want to leave!
No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.

Summary: This is a nice, newer home within a gated subdivision. It has plenty of utensils, pots/pans etc, for cooking, a very nice dual-oven setup and a nice electric stovetop as well. The refrigerator does not have water dispensing, so that is something to keep in mind before getting to the home. Keep in mind that there is no vehicle or golf cart parking at the pool, that was the only real inconvenience that we dealt with all week, but worth noting. We had two families staying, and had plenty of room for all. Very nice play/grill area under the house as well which was perfect for parking the golf carts. Very nice back deck with tons of space. There are smart TVs in all rooms and none of them were tiny, like we have experienced elsewhere. All in all, it was a great home and we really enjoyed our time on the island. Check in and check out were super easy via text msg, and ACP was great when we needed an extra vehicle pass as well. Something else to note - this property comes with access to 4-5 other private beach locations throughout the island, most on the West side, and we used those multiple times as well & very nice because they are permitted parking only and not crowded at all.
