Living area of condo features new sectional sofa, writer's desk with a gulf view, with dining for 4 in adjacent dining area, and extra seating at barstools at the breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. 2nd bedroom has King bed, 55" flat screen smart TV, and armoire. 2nd Bath features shower/tub combo and shower wand with massage. Laundry room has washer, dryer, and iron. Beautiful new balcony furniture includes outdoor dining for 4, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a sofa seating 3.
