Located directly across from Giant's Ridge Golf and Ski Resort, Fairway Ridge offers picturesque views of the lighted slopes in the winter and the pristine waters of Wynne Lake in the summer.
At 3600+sq ft, the spacious, open-concept floor plan is great for families or large groups yet cozy enough for a romantic couple’s weekend. The latest amenities abound including main level heated floors, a gourmet kitchen with knotty alder cabinetry, one-of-a kind Brazilian granite countertops, a gas range and all new cookware. In the dining room a built-in bar area houses the stemware and dual zoned wine fridge while the custom built counter height dining table seats 8. Four additional high-top chairs at the center island ensure ample seating for the whole family.
Comfortable seating surrounds the 42” lighted gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, hand hewn cedar mantle and 55” flat panel LCD smart TV. Built-in surround sound, Free WiFi, Direct TV with movie and music channels, a Blue Ray player and a wide array of DVDs invite you to settle in for movie night after an active day of hiking, swimming, biking, golfing or skiing. The great room’s stunning 20 foot wall of windows and unique real-log accents will make you feel a part of nature no matter the weather.
The main floor Master Bedroom includes its own private walkout, king sized bed, walk-in closet and private Master Bath complete with a six foot soaking tub, dual his/her sinks and a massive walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.
