Summary: I enjoyed every minute. It was breathtaking just like the pictures. We will be back! However, finding this location was very difficult and when we did arrive at marazul the guard at the front sent us away telling us we didn't have a reservation there. He sent us to yet another location. This guy didn't even check the paperwork. He was unkind, rude, and disrespectful. He had a bad attitude as soon as we pulled up. After flying for 5.5 hours and being lost this guy made me worry that i had gotten taken for my money and left without a place to stay. There was no customer service there. All in all, beautiful place, horrible customer service.
