Enjoy a relaxing stay at this spacious 4bd/4ba which is a haven for design enthusiasts. This full gut remodel was completed in 2023 with attention to detail and comfort both inside and out. Enjoy an 86 inch smart TV in front of a comfy sectional couch, bedrooms with fluffy duvets and blackout shades, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, Traeger grill, outdoor fire pit, screened in porch and ping pong table. The house is located minutes away from Culver Academies/Culver Marina.
The space
Welcome to the Culver Haus! The property is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, four full bathroom house designed with utmost comfort in mind. With its thoughtfully chosen furnishings, original art and elegant touches, this home offers a luxurious retreat for its guests.
The bedrooms feature two king beds, two queen beds, a day bed, and a large sectional, ensuring ample sleeping space for everyone. Each bedroom has blackout shades or curtains and fluffy duvets with crisp duvet covers.
The outdoor area is simply breathtaking, boasting a screened-in porch, a cozy fire pit, and a multi-level patio that invites relaxation and outdoor gatherings. Situated on an acre of private grassy yard, surrounded by a serene forest, this property offers both tranquility and privacy.
**Please note that there are two flights of stairs leading to the main level. Also, the lower level (and lower level bedroom) lacks a bathroom although there is a separate full bathroom available on the upper level.**

Summary: This surpassed our expectations. If you are looking for a private, spacious, immaculately-clean location, you will love it here. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of linens.
