Awe-inspiring views fill almost every room at Lago Vista, a luxe, light-filled home overlooking pristine Agate Bay, greater Lake Tahoe, and snow-capped mountain peaks in the distance. Richly furnished and elegantly appointed from top to bottom, this is a North Lake Tahoe getaway unlike any other.
This 3,000-square-foot home sits among lofty pines, with only North Lake Boulevard separating it from the water's edge. It's a majestic scene, with even South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly visible across the water. You need not leave the property to take in Tahoe's beauty, but if you do, you're in the perfect Tahoe Vista location. Kings Beach (two miles), North Tahoe Regional Park (two miles), Northstar (eight miles), and Palisades (14 miles) are all within a short, scenic drive.
The first floor was designed for entertaining, with lake views finding every corner of the open, lavish, and comfortable living space. At its heart is a gourmet kitchen with a suite of professional-grade appliances (including double ovens, a large gas range, and a wine fridge) and an immense granite island. To one side is a formal dining room, to the other is a beautiful living room with ample seating, a grand fireplace, and a smart TV mounted to the stone hearth.
Spend summer evenings barbecuing and dining on the sheltered patio out back, bringing your dessert and wine to the lake-facing deck just in time for sunset. At night, find the primary suite on the second floor with its own smart TV, en suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the lake. There's also a lakeside guest room (with a smart TV) and a fantastic sailing-themed kids room (with a boat bed!) upstairs. The fourth bedroom (with a smart TV) is on the main floor.
