Welcome to tranquil Lake living at Lake Mohawksin Shores!
This newly built duplex is settled at the end of Hickey Ave on a large peninsula with plenty of room for parking and outside activities. A few outside features include two private docks, sandy frontage, a spacious yard, a large deck with seating, and a strawberry garden.
This spacious two bedrooms lower unit sleeps seven and is decorated in a modern Northwood style. The bedrooms consist of a queen suite with plenty of storage and outside access to the porch area, a queen and a twin bedroom with closet storage, and a large bathroom. Some great inside features include a spacious living and dining room area with a gas fireplace should you run into cold nights and a TV. Both entryways provide an easily accessible kitchen and pantry.
Bath, beach, kitchen towels, and bed linens provided extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. The kitchen contains dinnerware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, reusable food containers, water bottles, and pantry items.
