The typical red Schwedenhaus was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on a plot of approx. 2000 m² with old fruit trees. The property is protected from both sides by a high hedge and trees. There is a small fence to the street and the adjacent meadow. The outdoor work with wooden terrace, swivel grill with seating around and a swing for children was completed in summer 2019. The house has a baby cot and a high chair and is suitable for families with children as well as for individuals and anglers. On the ground floor there is the living area with a reading room in which there are 2 armchairs, which can also be folded out to lie on. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. The bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a free-standing bed and a sofa bed. There are also children's toys and children's books in this room. The third bedroom is more of a small bedroom, but it is very cozy and bright. The outside window can be opened. It borders on the "master bedroom".
We live only 5 km from the house and speak both German and Swedish! We are available at any time for questions or problems and are happy to assist and advise. We offer the following service: Linen package: 20 euros / person. The laundry package consists of: bed linen / 1 bath towel / 2 normal towels / 1 guest towel / 1 bath mat / 2 tea towels. - Baby bed linen: 10 euros. - 4 bicycles and 2 children's bicycles are available: 10 euros / person. - Rowing boat plus boat trailer: 50 euros / week.
