The flat is spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 6 people for short, medium or long term rentals.
Located 5 Kms from Orly airport this flat in perfect condition has been completely refurbished in 2018, it is very well maintained, clear and pleasant.
The area is classified as a historical monument and all shops are within 10 minutes walk. Ideally located, you can reach the Juvisy train station on foot in 10 minutes or by bus (385) at the bottom of the building.
The RER C and D trains will take you into Paris (Bibliothèque François Mitterand) in 12 minutes for the RER C. Parking is free from 7pm and in the blue zone during the day, it is easy to find parking spaces in front of the building or in the surrounding streets.
The Nationale 7 is 200 metres behind the Parc des Grottes where you can take a leisurely stroll. The town of Juvisy, crossed by the Seine, offers numerous water sports activities, walks on the leisure centre and the port aux cerises on the Draveil side.
