Clean and cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on second floor - located just minutes away from the airport and West Port Plaza. This unit is fully renovated in 2018 and is ideal for business professionals, students and families.
Conveniently located to many restaurants, bars and shops. Easy drive to local hospitals, west county and St. Charles.
Condo details:
This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a perfect home away from home. Each bedroom has a comfortable, queen sized mattress, memory foam pillows and down comforters. The living room has a 55" Roku streaming TV with Netflix and master bedroom a 42" Roku Streaming TV with Netflix. The fully stocked kitchen has new appliances and beautiful white cabinets. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.
The Neighborhood
Our condo is located in between Maryland Heights and Overland, just minutes from West Port Plaza. Close to major highways - I 270, I 64/40 and I 170. Easy drive to Barnes Jewish Hospital, Mercy Hospital, SSM DePaul and St. Luke's s well as some of St. Louis' major attractions such as Forest Park, St. Louis Zoo, Missouri Botanical Garden, Downtown, Clayton, etc.
