The Space:
This first floor apartment with beautiful views to the pool below offers guests a very comfortable stay in one of the most popular areas of the resort, ‘Atlantico’. This beautiful apartment offers a clean and comfortable base for exploring the region of Murcia and beyond.
Set on one level the apartment offers up to 4 guests 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bright and modern reformed bathroom, ample and equipped kitchen and sunny living and dining room with a beautiful, large terrace offering ample space for outdoor relaxing.
Accommodation:
Enter the apartment into a light and bright, tastefully and comfortably furnished living and dining area. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with white goods including kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine can be found directly off the hallway in front of the entrance. It offers beautiful views over the pool and golf course. Next up are the two double bedrooms, both with two single beds which can be joined together. Both bedrooms feature Juliet balconies. The family-size bathroom features toilet, wash basin and walk-in shower.
The apartment offers guests the most beautiful of outdoor spaces. With outdoor dining table to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners alfresco overlooking the pool below.
The apartment can be accessed by stairs or lift and offers complimentary Wi-fi and Linen and Towels as standard.
Hacienda Riquelme:
This classically designed leisure resort is in keeping with the traditional 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda around which it has been built. Hacienda Riquelme is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from the small but bustling Spanish village of Sucina. Sucina offers everything you could possibly need whilst in the area, including a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Vets, Hair Dressers and selection of Bars and Restaurants, many offering free pick up and drop off to the resort.
