Newly renovated in 2024 and professionally designed, this 2-bedroom/1-bath top floor condo is situated on a quiet residential street and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and amusement piers.
The condo has a full working kitchen, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, cookware and utensils for all your culinary needs. Other amenities are washer and dryer, central air, new furniture, flat screen TV, and WIFI. This beautiful unit also features THREE off-street assigned parking spots, along with an outdoor rinse shower. The private balcony becomes your personal retreat for morning coffee or a front-row seat to Friday night fireworks during the summer.
We take extra care to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. No renters under 25, no pets and no smoking please. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 queen, 1 full (bottom bunk), and 2 twins (top bunk, trundle). Max capacity for the unit is 6 people per HOA declarations.
*Please note: the new bunk furniture will be arriving soon for the season, which is why it is currently not pictured!
