Summary: Clean and comfortable, but kind of beat up. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do and see. Easy access to transit and local sites. We spent very little time during our 4 days in New Orleans at the rental. Comfortable bed, clean shower and a reprieve from the heat, which was pretty much all we needed from the rental.
