Welcome to Lotus Lakehouse, a four-season waterfront property on Prinyers Cove with spectacular water views and lush green flower gardens.
The property is situated on the Taste Trail, a 15 minute drive from popular Waupoos Winery and scenic Lake on the Mountain.
Enjoy a morning coffee on the wrap around deck, your afternoon drink on the patio, and watch the sun go down from the sunroom.
Explore the beautiful cove on our paddleboard or in one of our kayaks.

Situated on the Wine & Taste Trail in the eastern corner of Prince Edward County, Prinyers Cove is a place where you can truly escape from it all.
Off Lake Ontario, the cove is sheltered from the lake and offers excellent kayak and paddle board conditions.
Eastern PEC is a place frequented by many species of (migratory) birds including baltimore oriols, northern cardinals, downy woodpeckers, blue jays, yellow warblers, robins, and cedar waxwings.
If you are a fishing enthusiast, Prinyer's Cove is right off the Bay of Quinte (Lake Ontario), known for excellent fishing. There is a public boat launch 1.5 km away and if you have a boat, our dock provides safe mooring.
You may get lucky to get a glimpse of deer, foxes, and bald eagles that live in the area.
If you are into cycling, you can experience the quiet country roads with stunning views.
On the taste and wine trail, a short drive you will take you to Waupoos Winery, Lake on the Mountain (park, restaurant, brewery), the County Cider company, Miller House (cafe), Waupoos Pub, Fifth Town (artisan cheese), vegetable and fruit farms, and a lot more for you to explore and enjoy.
Prinyers Cove is an established, quiet area with friendly and respectful neighbors. We are fortunate to be located in a less-discovered area of the county!
