Coastal Expeditions is a short walk away and has paddle boards and kayaks for rent, and also offers guided eco tours. The boat ramp is literally directly behind apartment! It's walking distance to all the familiar and popular restaurants such as Reds Ice House, The Table and Tavern, Waters Edge, Vickeries, Shem Creek bar and grill, The Shelter and Pages Okra grill. Fishing charters are available (offshore and inshore) and depart out of Shem Creek daily. Bottles( beer, wine, and spirits store) is also walking distance. This is a perfect location for having everything at your finger tips! This newly renovated apartment has new appliances, Tub/shower, new toilet and sink as well as newly installed hard wood flooring!
