Charming guest house in the heart of the Old Village in Historic Mount Pleasant. A short 2 miles away from the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island. We're 7 miles to King Street & downtown Charleston, and walking distance to restaurants, including Shem Creek. Our place is newly built and fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Access runs along the right side of the double garage and takes you to an open living space with a full kitchen, eat-at bar and living room.
We have a fenced in backyard to utilize for secure, safe parking and we are small pet friendly. The garage below is used by the owners during your stay.

Summary: We stayed in Lori and Brandon's guest house for a long weekend with our infant and dog. It was absolutely perfect--we didn't want to leave! Lori and Brandon were the best hosts and provided us with everything that we could possibly need from beach chairs and towels to coffee and cookies. The house was amazing, and we loved having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fenced-in yard, and 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on! The location is super convenient for accessing both the beaches as well as downtown Charleston. We can't wait to come back and stay with Lori and Brandon again! :)
