REGLAMENTO GENERAL DEL AIRBNB
Es obligatorio leer el reglamento previo a hacer la reservación.
1. Se debe entregar la propiedad en las mismas condiciones que se recibe.
2. Prohibido tener volumen alto, especialmente posterior a las 10 pm, habrá multa a la primera llamada de atención.
3. Solo se le dará acceso a los huéspedes y visitas registradas en la plataforma y notificadas al anfitrión. Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, es necesario presentar identificación oficial de cada huésped y visitas, que coincida con los datos proporcionados por el chat de airbnb al llegar al edificio.
4. Prohibido hacer fiestas y deambular fuera del departamento con bebidas alcohólicas abiertas.
