3 configurations: The bottom floor of the building is called the "rez-de-chausee". The second floor of the building is deemed the first floor. The apartment is part of a multi-functional duplex which can be rented in 3 ways. There is a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the 6th floor with a queen beds in the bedroom as well as in the Murphy wall system in the living room. The new bedroom has a full size bed. The apartment is approximately 100 Sq. meters. Next door there is a fully-equipped renovated duplex studio on the 6th and 7th floors with its own full kitchen and bath and modern appliances and view of the top part of the Eiffel Tower. There are interior connecting doors between the apartment and studio that allow them to become a single 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment which can accommodate 8 adults comfortably.
